You'll define what gets built, why, and how it wins in the market — working across a complex web of accrual models, program structures, and settlement workflows, and translating that complexity into a continuous improvement across that lifecycle.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Build deep domain expertise in rebate and channel-incentive workflows, including volume-based, growth, tiered, and multi-level program structures.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Partner with engineering to shape the backlog, prioritize trade-offs, and deliver iteratively in an agile environment.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Translate customer pain — from CS escalations,
