You will play a key role in developing Loenbro’s craft workforce by delivering high-quality training, coaching, and technical development to apprentices and field professionals. This position prefers proficiency in both English and Latin American Spanish to meet the needs of a diverse workforce. In your role, you will apply your advanced electrical knowledge, professional judgment, curriculum planning, and independent decision-making to support Loenbro’s apprenticeship programs and workforce development strategy. The Bilingual Electrical Trainer will deliver technical instruction in both English and Latin American Spanish, oversee multi-state apprentice cohorts, evaluate employee performance, and ensure training programs meet internal and regulatory standards. This role functions as a subject matter expert, owns key training processes, and provides guidance that influences hiring, promotion, and progression decisions  Essential Job Responsibilities  <ul>
