We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. We are looking for energetic, results-driven individuals to join our rapidly growing team and industry.</em></p></div><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Facilities and Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance activities for the entire facility. The individual is experienced in a variety of hands-on maintenance activities, works in a safe manner, is mechanically inclined with a variety of tools, and has excellent attention to detail in their work. On a daily basis, the Facilities and Maintenance Technician II is responsible for assisting the Facilities and Maintenance Manager in all maintenance aspects. The Facilities and Maintenance Technician II will also work closely with the managers in Cultivation, Manufacturing and Packaging, Processing and Research and Development to ensure their needs are met. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Base Pay: ($25.15 +$2/hr step increase) $27.15/hr</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proficient in the Facilities and Maintenance technician duties and responsibilities</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensures proper performance and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems within the building to ensure efficient operation</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensures proper performance, maintenance, and operation of all extraction and formulating processing equipment, and all package filling equipment</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Troubleshoots minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Performing repair or general maintenance work of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment at various sites including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis; inspects belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, greases bearings, seals, etc.; repairs or replaces broken parts</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provides coverage for the boiler and all HVAC and facility mechanical systems. May be called out after hours as needed</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partners with security team to ensure all safety and security systems are properly maintained</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Utilize, update and maintain maintenance records in a computerized maintenance management system to achieve technical efficiency greater than 95%</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist with escorting and coordinating outside contractors and vendors.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Seasonal responsibilities may include raking and snow removal</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Cleans and maintains access areas to the building including entrances, exits, parking lot, and loading docks/areas</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide coverage, support and training for Facilities & Maintenance/Maintenance Technician, as business needs require</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community</span></li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum, technical certifications (i.e., Amatrol, PLC, electrical, mechanical) are preferred</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Three years previous facilities and industrial maintenance experience required, experience with automated processing and packaging equipment/robotics in a food or pharmaceutical environment preferred</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in industrial HVAC, electrical, PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic system </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Basic fabrication skills</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and ability to read and interpret electrical schematics</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Exceptional attention to safety and detail, ability to follow SOP’s and work in a cGMP environment</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to perform elevated work, climb ladders, working and standing in non-temperature-controlled environment</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Operate Forklift and other man lift equipment as needed is required</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Perform assigned duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Age: State Law required 21 years of age or older</span></li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Working conditions</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Requires weekend/holidays altering rotation as needed</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Overtime as business needs require </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Must remove all jewelry, including rings, brooches, watches, pins, earrings, necklaces and visible piercings. In addition, false nails, nail polish, false eyelashes and any other object that may possibly contaminate food is not allowed in the processing/production areas</span></li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Physical requirements</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds or heavier with use of ladders and/or lifts</span></p>
