Through our subsidiaries, Moniepoint Inc. processes over $250 billion in annual digital payment transaction value.</p> <p><strong>About The Role</strong></p> <p>We are looking for an Engineering Relations Partner to join the Corporate Affairs and R&amp;D teams. You will work closely with our engineering teams to tell the story of what we’re building in a language that other expert engineers understand.</p> <p><strong>This is a technical content execution role requiring strong, foundational engineering skills. </strong>You will translate what our engineers build and learn into high-quality narratives: the kind that earns genuine respect in engineering communities, gets accepted at top-tier conferences, and attracts exceptional engineers from around the world.</p> <p>The right person for this role is a skilled engineer who has found their voice as a writer and communicator; someone who can walk into a room of engineers as a peer, ask the right questions, and come out with a story worth telling.</p> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <p><strong>To succeed in this role, you must have:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Strong engineering capabilities</strong>: A solid background in computer science or software engineering. You have written and shipped code professionally, understand modern system architectures, and can deeply engage with complex technical concepts.</li> <li><strong>Technical depth</strong>: Experience working within fintech, infrastructure, distributed systems, or high-scale engineering environments where you can comfortably read codebases, interpret technical documentation, and grasp deep architecture choices.</li> <li><strong>Exceptional writing skills</strong>: Clarity, precision, and the ability to articulate intricate technical trade-offs and ideas accessibly without oversimplifying or watering them down.</li> <li><strong>Proactive narrative instinct</strong>: The ability to independently dive into engineering projects, spot the most compelling technical breakthroughs or lessons, and build content around them without needing explicit instruction.</li> <li><strong>Technical credibility</strong>: A genuine, firsthand understanding of what makes technical content credible, shareable, and respected by discerning engineering communities.</li> <li><strong>Autonomy</strong>: The ability to manage multiple projects, technical interviews, and deadlines independently in a fully remote environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>It's a strong plus if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Active engineering or open-source involvement:</strong> An active presence in developer spaces, an updated technical blog, open-source contributions, or a history of speaking at engineering conferences.</li> <li><strong>Developer Relations experience</strong>: Background in DevRel or managing technical communities, showing you know how to engage developers authentically at scale.</li> <li><strong>Track record in technical publishing</strong>: Experience drafting accepted conference abstracts/proposals (CFPs) for recognized industry events.</li> <li><strong>Multimodal content production</strong>: Experience writing technical video scripts, technical teardowns, or working alongside creative production teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What to expect in the hiring process</strong></p> <ul> <li>A preliminary phone call with the recruiter</li> <li>A take-home assessment</li> <li>Panel interview</li> <li>Executive interview</li> </ul>
