Apply<br>digital channel expertise and advanced data analytics skills to collect, organize, and<br>analyze data to support our marketing and operational planning; Prepare reliable<br>datasets; Develop and maintain recurring performance data reports for leadership and<br>cross-functional teams; Build dashboards and visual summaries that track key business<br>indicators; Identify trends, gaps, and performance changes; Support marketing analysis<br>regarding campaign performance, customer behavior, and channel results; and, support<br>operations analysis regarding service volume, efficiency, turnaround times, and<br>resource use. Engage in advanced Data Analytics &amp;amp; Programming using: Python for<br>advanced data analytics, automation, and custom data pipeline development; R Studio<br>for statistical analysis and hypothesis testing; and, Snowflake, AWS for cloud-based<br>data warehousing and complex SQL querying. Build out Machine Learning &amp;amp; Predictive<br>Analytics, including: Building and deploying machine learning models and predictive<br>analytics frameworks for forecasting sales, lead generation, and job volume; and,<br>statistical modeling and multivariate analysis to guide business strategy. Use Digital<br>Marketing Platforms &amp;amp; Optimization, including: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for web<br>analytics, attribution modeling, and audience analysis; Google Ads (AdWords) for paid<br>search campaign architecture and bid optimization; Meta (Facebook) Business Manager<br>for paid social campaign management and optimization; Search Engine Optimization<br>(SEO) strategy and technical implementation; Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)<br>and AI-powered search engine optimization — an emerging and highly specialized<br>discipline. Drive Business Intelligence &amp;amp; Data Visualization, including: Power BI for<br>building interactive dashboards and executive reporting; and, Tableau for advanced<br>data visualization and cross functional reporting. Use AI Tools &amp;amp; Large Language<br>Models, including: Large language models (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) for<br>accelerated code development, debugging, and rapid prototyping of data models; AI-<br>driven quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) for data validation, anomaly<br>detection, and reporting pipeline accuracy; AI-assisted content optimization and natural<br>language processing (NLP) for search intent analysis and content strategy; and, Prompt</p> <p>engineering for fine-tuning AI outputs across lead scoring, customer segmentation, and<br>automated insight generation. Minimum educational requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or<br>foreign equivalent in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or<br>directly related field, higher acceptable.
