Join our dynamic, multi-national team and be a part of a company that simplifies and enhances financial opportunities using state-of-the-art technology.</p> <p></p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">This is a hybrid role (4 days in the office/1 day remote).</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Your responsibilities within IBKR: </span></strong></p> <p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">The representative's key responsibilities are to resolve routine and complex client service issues thoroughly and expeditiously, utilizing sound judgment and emphasizing courtesy. Client inquiries typically encompass a broad array of themes, including:</span></p> <ul> <li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Problem management for wide-scale service issues, including trade and margin analysis, a broad set of cash market and derivative products, global exchanges, order types, and transmission and execution inquiries</span></li> <li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Assistance with trading platform operation and features</span></li> <li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Analysis and testing of existing systems and procedures, including recommending and assisting with the implementation of enhancements</span></li> <li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Margin calculations: Commission structure, interest and fee.</span></li> </ul> <p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">In addition to providing client support, the position requires collaboration with other local and international Client Service, Programming, Clearing, Cashiering and Compliance teams on common issues. The offered salary is just part of the total compensation package.
