From survey generation to stakeholder-ready reports, our platform is redefining how insights teams operate — and we need your help to push the limits of what’s possible.</p> <h3><span style="color: rgb(18, 152, 138);"><strong>Overview</strong></span></h3> <p>Senior Survey Programmer's purpose is to ensure efficient and accurate study programming of all&nbsp;Knit surveys to meet and exceed customer expectations. This role is critical to our business because&nbsp;it provides a smooth, high-quality customer experience.</p> <ul> <li>Review customers’ study designs and formulate recommendations to optimize questionnaires for successful programming and data outputs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Accurately program all of the Knit studies into Qualtrics and the Knit dashboard.</li> <li>Conduct quality control checks to ensure error-free surveys</li> <li>Ensure completion of survey programming by established deadlines and/or notifying teams with alternate plans when necessary</li> <li>Identify and implement innovative programming techniques and non-standard solutions to programming challenges when needed</li> <li>Integrate complex logic (display logic, branching, skip logic, termination logic, etc.), graphic, multimedia and specialty survey components when needed</li> <li>Provide technical support and guidance on survey programming best practices</li> <li>Coordinate with Research and Customer Success team members to ensure successful survey fielding and project completion</li> <li>Accurately and efficiently clean raw data in CSV exports for seamless uploading into Knit</li> </ul> <h3><span style="color: rgb(45, 194, 107);"><strong><span style="color: rgb(18, 152, 138);">Responsibilities | What you will own...</span><br></strong></span></h3> <p>The Survey Programming team is measured on the following metrics…&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>100% of programming errors caught before soft launch</li> <li>100% of projects are optimized for display and for analysis in Knit once we hit go in soft launch (e.g. question type, filters/cuts, HVs, etc.)</li> <li>&lt;10% of all projects have a Tech team change request AFTER fieldwork has started</li> </ul> <h3><span style="color: rgb(18, 152, 138);"><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experiences</strong></span></h3> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluent in written and verbal English&nbsp;</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate directly with Knit’s US-based customers via email (occasionally, via Zoom calls)&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in a client-facing role&nbsp;</li> <li>Expert proficiency (6+ years) in survey programming software platforms, specifically Qualtrics. The candidate must be comfortable creating surveys with complex question types, survey flow logic, display and skip logic, embedded variables, and basic JavaScript.</li> <li>Knowledge and experience using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS&nbsp;</li> <li>At least 3+ years of experience in Market Research (ideally having previous experience with large market research companies such as IPSOS, Kantar, Nielsen, Gartner, etc.)</li> <li>Highly detail-oriented with a perfectionist attitude.</li> <li>Ability to program surveys quickly and efficiently, with the ability to meet quick deadlines</li> <li>Bonus: Experience fielding online surveys using Cint (Lucid), InnovateMR, Prodege, etc.</li> </ul> <h3><span style="color: rgb(18, 152, 138);"><strong>Benefits</strong></span></h3> <p>Upon joining the Knit team, you will receive a competitive salary + Equity Options if applicable to role, Healthcare Coverage, a company-issued laptop, contributions to the Employee Provident Fund (EPF), holiday time-off, and more!</p> <h3><span style="color: rgb(18, 152, 138);"><strong>Our Company Values</strong></span></h3> <p><strong>We are the Championship Team.
