The ideal candidate will manage waste approval processes into the Arizona facility, support field and technical teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory and facility requirements. Our unique culture fosters growth, development, education, and creativity.    This position reports to the Plant Manager.  Responsibilities:  <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Provide Facility approval technical support to Field Operations and the Technical Service Department</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Demonstrate strong communication skills across internal and external teams</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Manage incoming and outgoing waste approvals for the facility</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Lead and support regional specialists while meeting internal and external turnaround timelines</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Maintain working knowledge of Waste Processing Software</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Understand technical, customer service, and business components of Triumvirate operations</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Supply accurate disposal facility information to TSRs and Account Managers</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Maintain knowledge of The Arizona Facility</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Manage Process Code Tables and Regulatory Tables within Suite</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Serve as a subject matter expert for RCRA and DOT regulations for the Facility</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Perform packing slip and profile quality checks (QCs)</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Manage all approval requests into and out of the facility; Serve as gatekeeper protecting facility permit and license conditions.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Implement and support regional waste routing strategies</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Deliver presentations to corporate audiences</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Participate in employee training initiatives</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Apply creative problem solving to unique operational challenges</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Collaborate effectively as part of a team</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Travel several times per year as needed</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Provide exceptional internal and external customer service (“WOW!” customers)</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> Basic Requirements:  <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Minimum of three years of direct experience in a waste approvals role</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Minimum of one year of TSDF experience or equivalent</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Ability to submit official college transcripts</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;
