This position involves various plumbing tasks, from underground plumbing to rough-in and trim plumbing.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Underground Plumbing:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excavation:&nbsp;Dig trenches with proper fall.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Installation:&nbsp;Install plumbing trunks, stacks, floor drains, cleanouts, copper for trap primers, cast iron pipes, septic systems, grease interceptors.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Testing:&nbsp;Test plumbing systems, wrap pipes, measure stacks.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Rough-In Plumbing:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drilling:&nbsp;Drill vent and water systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Installation:&nbsp;Run vent and water systems, hang pipes, install floor drains, sinks, closet flanges, trap primers, wall carrier systems, mixing valves, roof drain harnesses, condensate drains, insulation.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Soldering:&nbsp;Solder without leaks, ream copper pipes.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Trim Plumbing:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Installation:&nbsp;Install strainers, faucets, lavatories, mixing valves, toilets, urinals, flush valves, floor drains, angle stops, p-traps, disposals, dishwashers, RO systems, soft water systems, backflows, sinks, water heaters, expansion tanks, booster pumps, condensate drains, electrical heat tape, manifold gas systems, mop sinks, caulking with silicone.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Testing:&nbsp;Set water temperatures, test drains, cleanouts, access panels, indirect drains.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Additional Tasks:&nbsp;Hook up ice machines, sprayer faucets, gas flexes, gas style="font-size: 12pt;">Required Tools:&nbsp;Tub cutters, mini-sledge, dykes, level, tape measure, channel locks, impact drill, driver drill, soldering torch, lighter, reamer, copper cutters, allen wrenches, socket drivers, screwdrivers, drill bit accessories, tool bags.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Physical Requirements:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lift 50lbs overhead, dead lift 100lbs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bend, crawl, climb ladders, hold weight, step into ditches, reach overhead.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Swing sledge hammer, use jackhammer, climb spoils, work on back/knees.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Dig with shovel, withstand 30-115 degree temperatures, avoid cramping.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Move wheelbarrow, swing pick/digging bar, unload pipe, work in tight spaces.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work early mornings, climb stairs with tools, work on lifts/ladders,
