This role is development-focused, centered on building scalable solutions across Apex, integrations, and modern UI components, while partnering closely with business teams to enhance workflows and data integrity.</p> <p>This is a hands-on technical role with meaningful ownership across core CRM systems and integrations. We want you to bring best practices for RIAs and Wealth management to our team!</p> <p><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <h4>Salesforce Development</h4> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and custom business logic</li> <li>Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve user experience</li> <li>Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external platforms via APIs</li> <li>Extend and optimize complex Salesforce Flows and automation frameworks</li> <li>Review and improve consultants’ code for scalability, reliability, and best practices.</li> <li>Contribute to testing frameworks, release management, and deployment processes</li> </ul> <h4>Salesforce Administration</h4> <ul> <li>Configure objects, workflows, and automations</li> <li>Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end users</li> <li>Document system architecture, data models, and development standards</li> <li>Ensure data integrity and system performance across the platform</li> </ul> <h4>Projects &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration</h4> <ul> <li>Partner with Product Management, Advisory, Operations, and Investment teams to translate business needs into technical solutions</li> <li>Contribute to scalable CRM architecture and long-term platform strategy</li> <li>Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual processes</li> <li>Support feature releases, enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field</li> <li>5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (and wish to continue hands-on)</li> <li>Experience in financial services, wealth management, or fintech</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers) and Salesforce platform architecture</li> <li>Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC)</li> <li>Experience with API integrations, Flows and automation tools</li> <li>Clear communication and ability to work cross-functionally <br><br></li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience reviewing or mentoring external/contractor development work</li> <li>Familiarity with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and deployment tools</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce AI Integrations; Agentforce, Slack or Custom</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</strong></p> <p>Compensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits and other perks.  We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms.
