<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong></p> <p>As the<strong> Retail Operations Manager</strong> at Christ Fellowship Church, you will champion the multi-campus vision for exceptional hospitality. You will lead and elevate our cafe operations across all church locations, creating welcoming environments where people connect over great coffee and food. Cultivate an environment rooted in relationship, spiritual growth, and professional development across barista craft and hospitality.</li> <li><strong>Elevate Campus &amp; Digital Retail Experiences: </strong>Drive operational excellence for weekend services, special events, and mid-week gathering spaces. Oversee the online bookstore, managing special promotions, sales initiatives, and custom orders to ensure a seamless guest experience online and offline.</li> <li><strong>Strategize Menus, Merchandise &amp; Inventory:</strong> Lead product development, researching and continually innovating food/beverage menus, bookstore inventory, and retail supplies. Oversee inventory systems to maintain high accuracy and optimal stock levels.</li> <li><strong>Drive Financial Integrity &amp; Analytics:</strong> Manage daily sales reporting, cash handling, and bank deposits. Partner with Finance to track profitability, analyze sales trends, monitor cost of goods, and optimize retail margins.</li> <li><strong>Maintain Health, Safety &amp; Equipment Standards:</strong> Ensure compliance with all local health regulations, food safety protocols, and operational procedures.
