In addition, you will be exposed to a wide variety of business issues ranging from new product planning and business development to pricing &amp; market access, launch, product commercialization, etc.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</div> <div>You will interact with both clients and teams within ClearView to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. Initially, your work will span multiple projects supporting targeted activities which may be different across each project. Those activities include the following:&nbsp;&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li>Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach</li> <li>Create templated outputs to support overall project deliverable</li> <li>Able to conduct a straightforward project or workstream with moderate oversight</li> <li>Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making</li> <li>Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value</li> </ul> <div>At ClearView, you will have the opportunity to refine a broad range of expertise, skills, and connections that will heighten your career.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Requirements</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</div> <div>The successful life sciences consultant candidate must have the following skills and experience:&nbsp;&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li>Able to independently manage activities across multiple workstreams (e.g., storylines, ghosting documents, data gathering, etc.), and able to provide thought partnership for more ambiguous or complex projects</li> <li>Strong written and oral communication skills in English</li> <li>Well-positioned to serve as a mentor for junior team members</li> <li>Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)</li> <li>Requires and seeks support for more complex projects or difficult client situations&nbsp;</li> <li>Highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp; <strong>Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li>Undergraduate or Master’s degree in the life sciences or equivalent</li> <li>Minimum three years of experience in life sciences consulting</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Hybrid work model; new hires will be in office 100% during onboarding &amp; training and then schedule adjusts to 50% in office expectation.&nbsp; Standard working hours are from 10:00AM to 7:00PM IST.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>What We Value</strong></p> <p>We recognize that not every candidate will meet every qualification listed.
