<p>We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a critical area of the FanDuel Poker product and help shape the future of poker within the FanDuel ecosystem. This role is responsible for defining strategy, driving execution, and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes. You will operate across multiple teams and stakeholders, balancing short-term delivery with long-term product vision while ensuring we continue to build a world-class poker experience for our players. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and the wider Flutter organisation to identify opportunities, solve complex customer problems, and deliver impactful product investments. This is a highly visible role with significant influence over product direction, customer experience, and business performance.</p>

<li>Own and drive a significant product area, defining strategy, roadmap, objectives, and success metrics aligned to FanDuel Poker's goals.</li>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of player needs, behaviours, and motivations, ensuring customer insights are at the heart of product decisions.</li>
<li>Translate strategic objectives into clear product initiatives, balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, prioritisation, delivery, launch, and optimisation of product initiatives.</li>
<li>Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, managing dependencies and influencing decisions at all levels of the organisation.</li>
<li>Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and inform roadmap decisions.</li>
<li>Partner with Design and Research to validate problems and solutions before significant investment.</li>
<li>Define success metrics and accountability frameworks to ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.</li>
<li>Champion experimentation and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of learning and data-informed decision making.</li>
<li>Identify strategic opportunities to strengthen FanDuel Poker's position within the broader FanDuel ecosystem, including customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and cross-sell opportunities.</li>
<li>Establish domain expertise across poker, gaming, customer experience, and industry trends to inform future investment decisions.</li>
<li>Act as a mentor and leader within the Product organisation, helping raise product management standards, coaching peers, and contributing to a high-performance culture.</li>
<li>Present product strategies, business cases, and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.</li>

<p><strong>THE STATS</strong><br>What we're looking for in our next teammate</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of Product Management experience, including experience leading complex, customer-facing products.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success owning product strategy and roadmap for a significant product area or business domain.</li>
<li>Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, business outcomes, and technical constraints.</li>
<li>Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority.</li>
<li>Experience driving large-scale initiatives from concept through delivery and optimisation.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make prioritisation and investment decisions.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage audiences ranging from engineers to senior executives.</li>
<li>Experience operating in fast-paced, highly regulated environments is preferred.</li>
<li>Experience within gaming, betting, poker, casino, fintech, marketplaces, or other consumer technology businesses is advantageous.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to mentor others and contribute to the development of a strong product culture.</li>

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><em>The applicable salary range for this position is $112,000 - $154,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
