Security</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>You will define and scale authentication capabilities, including SAML, SCIM, 2FA, and domain management, to support enterprise identity standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will lead the evolution of authorization models, including RBAC 2.0 and fine-grained access controls across projects and shared assets.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will drive secure credential management through integrations with enterprise secrets and vault systems such as AWS, Azure, and HashiCorp.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will ensure strong platform security through encryption, data retention controls, and IAM-based access mechanisms.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Enterprise Governance</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>You will build governance models that enable centralized control across distributed teams using AHQ and multi-workspace management.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will define and enhance environment lifecycle management to support Dev, Test, and Prod workflows aligned with enterprise SDLC practices.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will deliver the Enterprise Command Center as a unified control plane for visibility, governance, and capacity planning across the platform.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure AI features ship with the same security posture as core platform capabilities</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Observability &amp; Auditability</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>You will define and scale platform observability, including centralized logging, audit trails, and debug trace capabilities.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will expand log streaming integrations to SIEM tools such as Splunk, Datadog, and cloud storage platforms.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will drive adoption of OpenTelemetry standards to enable enterprise-grade monitoring and tracing.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will enable API traffic monitoring and anomaly detection to strengthen platform security and operational visibility.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Developer Platform &amp; APIs</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>You will expand developer APIs to enable programmatic management of workspaces, assets, and platform configurations.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will support enterprise CI/CD workflows through automation of deployments and environment management.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will define secure and scalable API access models with fine-grained permissions for enterprise use cases.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Infrastructure &amp; Deployment</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>You will lead the strategy for private cloud deployments, including single-tenant environments within customer AWS networks.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will drive expansion into new data centers to meet data residency and sovereignty requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will define and deliver cross-region backup and disaster recovery capabilities for enterprise resilience.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will ensure AI capabilities are available across regions to support global enterprise adoption.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Compliance &amp; Enterprise Expansion</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>You will partner with compliance and security teams to support certifications such as SOC2, ISO, PCI, and HIPAA.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will translate compliance requirements into scalable product capabilities that reduce friction during enterprise onboarding.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will position compliance and security capabilities as strategic enablers for market expansion and deal acceleration.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Customer Management and Deal Support</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the product leader in enterprise security reviews, Infosec questionnaires, architecture deep dives</p> </li> <li> <p>Influence customer and prospect CISOs, IT, Compliance and Security leaders at Enterprises procuring Workato platform</p> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h1><strong>Requirements</strong></h1> <h3><strong>Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>You bring 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on platform, security, or infrastructure products.</p> </li> <li> <p>You have experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS platforms used by large organizations.</p> </li> <li> <p>You have deep familiarity with identity and access systems, including SAML, SCIM, and RBAC models.</p> </li> <li> <p>You understand enterprise security, compliance frameworks, and governance requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>You have experience with observability, logging, and audit systems in distributed platforms.</p> </li> <li> <p>You are comfortable working across engineering, security, infrastructure, compliance, and GTM teams.</p> </li> <li> <p>You can translate complex enterprise requirements into simple, scalable, and adoptable product experiences.</p> </li> <li> <p>You are familiar with SIEM tools and SOC workflows.</p> </li> <li> <p>You have built or managed developer platforms or platform APIs.</p> </li> <li> <p>You have experience supporting global SaaS deployments across multiple regions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with taking products through FedRAMP certification is a plus</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>(REQ ID: 2704)</strong></p>
