As Director of People for Content &amp; Studio, you will serve as the primary people partner to our production organization, bridging the worlds of creative and corporate to build a culture where exceptional work and exceptional people thrive together.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">This is a high-visibility, high-trust role at the center of how our studio operates. You will partner directly with executive leadership — up to the CEO — and embed yourself in the fast-moving, high-stakes rhythms of production. Your job is to bring the judgment, empathy, and operational instinct to make our studio a place people are proud to build their careers.</p> <h3 class="text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold"><strong>The Role</strong></h3> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">You will own the full people strategy for the Content and Studio organization — from employee relations and leadership coaching to culture and organizational design.
