You will be partnering with Analytics and cross-discipline team members in New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles, helping to create continuity between the various teams. Some of the things we’d like you to do:  <ul> <li>Everything with marketing data (collection, cleaning, analysis and validation)</li> <li>Communicate advertising campaign insights generated by our analysis and share communication best practices internally</li> <li>Seek knowledge of other practices in order to understand how to tailor insights and recommendations towards actionability</li> <li>Support the wider Analytics team in implementing our measurement tools</li> <li>Transform data into visually appealing presentations</li> <li>Proactively identify and resolve program & project issues, escalating appropriately</li> <li>Stay up to date on our product offerings and how it affects analytics</li> <li>Occasional vendor and client communication may be required</li> </ul> A bit about yourself: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier college, 3.0 GPA or equivalent. Degree within Analytics, Technology, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent experience</li> <li>At least C1 English language proficiency or equivalent</li> <li>2+ years of experience working in a marketing analytics-based role</li> <li>Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (Google Workspace a must)</li> <li>Exposure to measurement of both Brand and Direct Response marketing campaigns</li> <li>Strong project management skills</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks</li> <li>Highly organized and efficient under pressure</li> <li>Natural affinity for numbers/data and a passion for playing with data in order to solve problems</li> <li>Experience with generative AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT) a plus</li> <li>Experience with programming languages such as R, SQL, and Python a plus</li> </ul>   <div>Life at WPP Media & Benefits  </div> <div> Our passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
