This is a high-impact, full-stack leadership role for an engineering leader who can guide architecture, partner deeply with product and design, and grow a small but strategically important team. The Admin Console is the control plane for enterprise activation, admin confidence, and scalable rollout. Admins use it to configure authentication, data sources, permissions, governance, search settings, AI features, and deployment health from a self-serve central hub. As Glean evolves from a search company into an AI platform, this team’s mission is evolving too: from managing data sources to helping admins manage the broader context layer of the system, including actions, live data, governance, and AI configuration.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
