The ideal candidate is AI-savvy, leverages modern recruiting technologies, and excels at building proactive talent pipelines for niche technical roles.  You’ll blend hands-on recruiting execution with consultative advisory, partnering closely with business leaders, HR teams, and universities to design hiring approaches that work — today and at scale.  What You’ll Do  Candidate Sourcing, Tracking & Experience  <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
