<p>We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented International Accounting Manager to oversee global accounting operations and support the company’s expanding international footprint. This role will assist with multi-entity global consolidations, ensuring accurate intercompany accounting and eliminations across multiple international jurisdictions. The International Accounting Manager will partner closely with local entities and cross-functional teams to ensure timely financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.</p>

<h3><strong>Global Accounting & Consolidations</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual multi-entity global consolidations.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and eliminations across subsidiaries.</li>
<li>Review and analyze consolidated financial results and supporting schedules.</li>
<li>Support foreign currency translation and consolidation adjustments.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of cross-border transactions and intercompany balances.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>International Entity Support</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Support local accounting operations and statutory compliance for entities in (but not limited to): United States, Canada, Bahamas, United Kingdom, Japan, Spain, Singapore, India, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and United Arab Emirates (UAE)</li>
<li>Coordinate with local accounting providers, auditors, and consultants as needed.</li>
<li>Assist local entities with month-end close activities, reporting requirements, and technical accounting matters.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and applicable local accounting regulations.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Financial Reporting & Compliance</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses.</li>
<li>Support internal and external audits across global entities.</li>
<li>Assist with preparation of statutory financial statements and regulatory filings.</li>
<li>Help maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Process Improvement</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Identify opportunities to streamline and automate international accounting processes.</li>
<li>Assist with ERP migration and global financial systems optimization.</li>
<li>Improve consolidation and reporting workflows to support scalability and efficiency.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Payroll, Legal, and Operations teams on international business initiatives.</li>
<li>Support global expansion efforts, including new entity setup and operational integration.</li>
<li>Provide accounting guidance related to international transactions and operational changes.<span style="font-weight: 400;"><br></span></li>

<p><strong>Who You Are (Must-Haves):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li>
<li>CPA or equivalent certification preferred.</li>
<li>8-10+ years of accounting experience with significant international accounting exposure.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of multi-entity consolidations and intercompany accounting.</li>
<li>Experience supporting global subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions.</li>
<li>Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS.</li>
<li>Experience with ERP accounting systems.</li>
<li>Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced global environment.<span style="font-weight: 400;"><br></span></li>

<li>Familiarity with statutory reporting requirements across EMEA, APAC, and North America.</li>
<li>Experience with process automation and accounting system implementations</li>
</ul>
