Come build that future at Cresta.</p></div><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the Role:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We’re seeking an <strong>Events and Field Marketing Manager</strong> to join our high-impact team. You'll own the event experience from concept to execution, bringing innovative ideas to life that differentiate our brand, deliver memorable experiences, and drive business results. Reporting to the Sr. Field Marketing Manager, this role is highly visible, strategic, and execution-heavy.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Own Strategy + Playbook: </strong>Develop event strategies aligned to pipeline goals and sales priorities; refine the field marketing playbook to drive consistency, scalability, and repeatable success.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Own Pipeline &amp; Event ROI Reporting: </strong>set KPIs, define success metrics, and present clear, executive-ready insights on pipeline impact and conversion performance.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: </strong>Act as the central lead between sales, demand, design, and partner teams for event GTM orchestration</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Lead Complex Program Workstreams: </strong>Manage enterprise-level event programs across multiple functions and campaigns (e.g., tradeshows, VIP dinners, and partner-led activations)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Manage Event Budget: </strong>Forecast spend, justify investment tradeoffs, and optimize program-level budgets with finance and RevOps</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Negotiate &amp; Optimize Vendors: </strong>Evaluate vendors against program goals, negotiate contracts, and drive cost savings and value</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Build Integrated Promo Plans: </strong>Partner with demand gen and digital to create multi-channel campaigns to drive registration</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Innovate &amp; Share Learnings: </strong>Pilot new formats, analyze market trends, and mentor teammates on evolving event strategy</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Drive Executive Readiness: </strong>Work directly with C-suite and sales leaders to shape narratives, prep speakers, and maximize impact</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Standardize &amp; Operationalize: </strong>Own repeatable processes and workflows across event types, verticals, and regions&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Shape Field Narrative: </strong>Surface market intelligence from the field to inform messaging, campaign strategy, and sales enablement</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Be a Collaborative Team Player: </strong>Mentor junior team members, help onboard new hires, and contribute to team rituals, retros, and roadmapping</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">3–5 years of experience in B2B field/event marketing or integrated campaign roles</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong project management capabilities—able to juggle multiple programs at once</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communicator who can influence up, down, and across functions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Analytical mindset with experience in reporting on event performance and ROI</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with AI, Contact Center, or Customer Experience solutions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting account-based field strategies</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Previous sales/SDR experience or strong familiarity with sales processes</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, and field ops tools like Mobly</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Perks &amp; We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The posted base salary range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by factors like experience, skills, education, and geography.
