These accolades highlight our dedication to being a leading brand in the beauty industry and an exceptional workplace. </div><h3>What You’ll Do</h3> The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will serve as a strategic finance partner to our Ecommerce (DTC and Amazon) business while supporting Brand Marketing Americas. This role will play a critical role in delivering insights that drive revenue growth, optimize marketing investments, and improve overall business performance. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in FP&A and ecommerce analytics, and is comfortable working with large datasets to generate actionable insights. <h3>What You’ll Be Working On</h3> Financial Planning & Forecasting <ul> <li>Own the development and management of annual budgets and rolling forecasts</li> <li>Drive monthly and quarterly forecast updates, incorporating KPI’s, business trends, campaign performance, and market dynamics</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations</li> </ul> Month-End & Quarter-End Close Support <ul> <li>Support month-end and quarterly close cycles, including variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods</li> <li>Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment of financial results</li> <li>Prepare and present financial performance packages to stakeholders</li> </ul> Business Partnership <ul> <li>Act as a key business partner to Commercial teams providing strategic and  financial support</li> <li>Provide financial guidance on marketing spend, customer acquisition, promotions, and pricing strategies</li> <li>Support decision-making through scenario modeling, ROI analysis, and business case development</li> </ul> Performance Reporting & Analytics <ul> <li>Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs</li> <li>Monitor trends and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and profitability</li> <li>Deliver ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives</li> </ul>   <h3>Must Haves</h3> Education & Experience <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field</li> <li>5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience</li> <li>Experience supporting Ecommerce (DTC and Amazon) with exposure to Shopify/Amazon Seller Central</li> </ul> Technical Skills <ul> <li>Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities</li> <li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite)</li> </ul> Core Competencies <ul> <li>Strong business partnering and communication skills</li> <li>Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights</li> <li>High attention to detail with strong organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul>   Key Attributes <ul> <li>Strategic, yet hands-on problem solver</li> <li>Commercially minded with strong business acumen</li> <li>Collaborative and proactive team player</li> <li>High level of integrity and discretion</li> </ul>     #LI-hybrid<div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range">$125,000—$150,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><h3>Why Sol de Janeiro?</h3> <ul> <li>Competitive salary and bonus program for full-time team members</li> <li>Flexible hybrid work environment with opportunities for collaboration and growth</li> <li>Inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and celebrates individuality</li> <li>The chance to be part of a fast-growing, award-winning global beauty brand</li> </ul>  The information contained herein is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee, as these may change or new ones may be assigned at any time.  Sol de Janeiro is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
