You will be an expert within our engineering organization, deeply understanding product behaviour, customer journeys, business rules, and the systems that support seamless conference and event experiences. This role will balance hands-on individual contributor responsibilities with leading, influencing, and coaching your peers.  This individual contributor role is for someone who is passionate about seeing systems holistically, has a strong vision for product quality, and is eager to drive the highest standards of customer experience, functional correctness, usability, accessibility, reliability, performance, and release confidence. You will leverage your deep understanding of SaaS product behaviour, end-to-end workflows, integrations, environments, and customer operations to guide and influence our development process.  You will not manage people. You will set the quality bar for your team, do the work to hold it, and coach the engineers, product managers and designers around you to share ownership of it. You will report to the Director of Quality and work day-to-day with your team's Engineering Manager, Product Manager and engineers, alongside Support and Implementation Services when payment issues
