About the role We are looking for a creative, customer-focused, on-site IT Support Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be providing on-site tier 2/3 technical support to Human Interest’s rapidly growing internal user base. In addition, you will help manage and deploy our internal IT services across the organization. What you get to do every day <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Diagnose, investigate and resolve technical incidents and problems. This role is the primary point of escalation for our IT Support team</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide Tier 2/3 support and procurement for internally used applications</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Document support tasks and create processes when needed in order to keep the IT team on the same page with how things are done, and that processes can be repeated or trained to others</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Architect systems, user flows and solutions as needs arise</li> </ul> What you bring to the role <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">At least 3-5 years experience in internal IT or related field</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Expert level Mac OS experience, including advanced troubleshooting, deployment, and security</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience administering MDM or RMM tools (i.e. Airwatch, Workspace ONE, Kandji/Iru, Jamf, Intune)</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting identity management systems (i.e. Okta, Onelogin, Entra)</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with managing onsite devices: Conference rooms, printers, etc.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with compliance frameworks and policies is a plus</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Multimedia content creation experience is a plus</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated forward thinking and a proactive, AI-first mentality</li> </ul> Why you will love working at Human Interest Human Interest is tackling one of our country's biggest challenges - closing the retirement gap. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $36.06 - $48.08 / hour  and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered.
