At Kyo, our mission is rooted in a commitment to making every moment count for the children and families we support.</div> </div> </div> <p style="text-align: center;"><em><strong>We are seeking an exceptional leader to lead our growing Orlando, Tampa and Miami teams.</strong></em></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><em><strong>The ideal candidate is located in Orlando or Tampa.</strong></em></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><em><strong>Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000 per year</strong></em></p> <p style="text-align: left;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul style="text-align: left;"> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Lead your region to success, implementing strategic operating plans.</em></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Recruit and manage a stellar BCBA team, driving high performance and meeting business metrics.</em></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Maintain high quality clinical services and client satisfaction. </em></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Maintain billable productivity margins and meet quarterly revenue targets.</em></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Boost client, payer, and staff engagement through effective communication and relationship building.</em></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Consult and resolve complex ABA cases, including timely remediation of client grievances. </em></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Manage client balance and waitlist, ensuring maximum retention.</em></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Coordinate with various departments to address regional needs and meet goals.</em></li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>POSITIONAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul style="text-align: left;"> <li><em>5 years experience in the Autism field, BCBA preferred</em></li> <li style="font-style: italic;"><em>Operational and leadership experience in ABA preferred (willingness to learn required!)</em></li> <li><span class="im"><em>Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.</em></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span class="im"><em>Comfortable with in-person client visits and regular travel.</em></span></li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>BASIC &amp; PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul style="text-align: left;"> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Pass DOJ &amp; FBI background check and TB test where applicable.</em></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Receive and act on detailed information through oral &amp; written communication. </em></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Utilize finger dexterity; good vision, hearing and critical thinking on a regular basis in order to carry out all duties and responsibilities.</em></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Able to sit, stand and walk during a standard workday.</em></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Able to drive from client to client and to various business meetings.</em></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Able to occasionally lift and carry up to 30 pounds or more.&nbsp;</em></li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><em>Ready to make an impact?
