Your time with us will culminate in an opportunity to showcase your contributions and learnings to SharkNinja leaders because this is a program for those ready to shape what's next — fast.  This role: The Early Edge Rotational Program: Finance & Accounting Track is part of SharkNinja’s Early Edge Experience, a structured, high-impact early career program designed to develop the next generation of SharkNinja talent. Over the course of an 18-month program, participants will complete three 6-month rotations across key Finance functions: Commercial Finance, Costing, and Inventory.  Each participant will begin in a designated starting rotation and rotate through all three functions, gaining broad exposure to SharkNinja’s financial operations and building a strong foundation in FP&A and Accounting.  This role works closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional partners across Product Development, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams to support financial analysis, reporting, and business decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.  This program is designed to build a strong pipeline of future SharkNinja Finance talent, with the goal of converting high-performing participants into full-time roles aligned to business needs in January 2028, immediately following program completion.
