This is a senior, non-billable, industry-builder role with selective billable engagement on early flagship wins.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Go-to-Market and Revenue</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="2"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Define and refine Plative's Salesforce banking value proposition for mid-market and regional banks/credit unions. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="2"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Partner closely with Salesforce (AEs, RVPs, Industry teams) to create and execute joint account plans in the 300M to multi billion deposit range.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="2"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support strategic pursuits: discovery, visioning, exec-level pitches, solution storytelling, and deal shaping.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="2"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Create and deliver thought leadership (POVs, webinars, events, content) that positions Plative as a specialist in commercial and retail banking.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Industry Strategy and Offerings</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="3"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Translate banking business drivers (commercial, business, retail, lending, treasury, payments) into Salesforce-led solutions and repeatable offerings.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="3"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Define standard banking plays, reference architectures, and delivery patterns that can be scaled by the broader team.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="3"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Advise on which Salesforce products and partner apps should anchor our banking play (e.g., FSL, FSC, nCino/Loan origination, etc., as relevant).</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Internal Leadership</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="4"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Act as the primary internal banking authority for sales, presales, and delivery teams.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="4"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Mentor solution architects and consultants on banking processes, regulations, and best practices.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="4"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Partner with delivery leadership to ensure what we sell is deliverable and sets us up for successful referenceable clients.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="4"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Help define the hiring plan for the future banking team (architects, consultants, PMs) as the practice grows.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Client and Market Engagement</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="5"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Build C level and SVP level relationships at target banks and credit unions. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="5"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Lead executive workshops to connect banking strategy and operating models to Salesforce capabilities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="5">Provide executive-level advocacy for strategic banking clients and lead early-stage implementations as a billable expert to establish a foundation for the future delivery team.</li>
</ul>
<p data-path-to-node="6"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Must-Have Experience </span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="6"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong data-start="2" data-end="24" data-is-only-node="">AI-native mindset.</strong> You use AI as everyday leverage in both work and life, with clear opinions on what works and what does not. You stay current on frontier-model progress, go beyond prompting to building lightweight tools and automations, and you enjoy sharing practical, real examples with teammates and clients.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="6"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Deep direct experience working inside a bank or credit union (e.g., Commercial / Business Banking, Retail Banking, Lending, Treasury, Payments) in a leadership or senior individual contributor role.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="6"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proven Salesforce financial services experience as an industry strategist, industry executive, practice lead, or equivalent at Salesforce or a Salesforce SI.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="6"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Demonstrated success driving go-to-market and revenue: influencing pipeline, shaping deals, and presenting to executive stakeholders at banks.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="6"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong executive presence and communication skills; comfortable in boardroom-level conversations with Salesforce plus bank leadership.</span></li>

<ul>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="7"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience managing or overseeing delivery teams (architects, consultants, PMs) for banking projects, even if not hands-on billable.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="7"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience in the mid market / regional banking and credit union segment specifically (not only large tier 1 banks).</span></li>
