In this role, you will be a critical part of the squad building Agero’s next-generation <strong>Swoop Platform</strong>, which utilizes short and long-term horizon optimizers to manage millions of roadside events annually.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">As a key contributor in a fully remote environment, you will drive engineering excellence by ensuring we deliver high-impact software with consistency and quality. You will work on technically challenging problems involving platform and API design, mobile and web application development, and the validation of complex machine learning models.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key Outcomes</span></strong>:&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts across multiple projects. Write automation scripts according to established coding guidelines and conventions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Write and execute comprehensive test cases and plans using test management tools. Ensure QA test cases map directly to functional requirements and create the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner closely with the Product, Design, and Engineering teams to understand requirements, communicate QA status, and shape product roadmaps.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Adhere to QA best practices by filing detailed bug reports with accurate reproduction steps, documentation, and screen recordings.
