<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">We are looking for a Junior Accountant to be based in our Nicosia, Cyprus office. You will be working as part of a team within a fast-paced, fun, challenging and creative environment in order to achieve team-oriented goals. Reporting to the Accounting Manager the role will involve being responsible for the full accounts payable cycle. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong> </span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Receive, review and process vendor invoices</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Process bank transfers and payments with other payment methods</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Handle various journal entries and accruals</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Reconciliation of GL accounts and inter-company transactions</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Reconciliation of month end Accruals Account</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist in forecasting cash requirement</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Responsible for payables duties during monthly/quarterly/yearly close cycles</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Responsible for receivables duties during monthly/quarterly/yearly close cycles</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Dealing with queries on invoices from internal approvers and Vendors</span></li>

<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">1 year previous experience in an similar position</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Degree in Accounting/Finance</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to respect deadlines in a dynamic environment</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains software will be considered an asset</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong command of the English language</span></li>
