This role will focus on building scalable data pipelines, ensuring high data quality, and enabling seamless data movement across cloud and on-premise systems. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Informatica’s Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and is passionate about delivering clean, trusted, and AI-ready data to support analytics, reporting, and business operations.   Job Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Design, develop, and maintain data integration workflows using Informatica (IDMC, IICS, or PowerCenter)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and loading Integrate data across systems such as CRM, ERP (Workday, Oracle, SAP), and data warehouses (Snowflake, SQL Server)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Implement data quality rules, validations, and monitoring processes</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with data architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support data migration, conversion, and modernization initiatives</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data-related issues</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Document technical designs, mappings, and workflows</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead and/or support business development efforts</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead and/or support proposal development and solution design in support of new and expanded client work</li> </ul>   Required Skills <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3–7+ years of experience in data integration or ETL development</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience with: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) / IDMC or PowerCenter</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Data Integration, Mass Ingestion, or Application Integration modules</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong SQL skills (data querying, transformation, optimization)</li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and file-based integrations (CSV, JSON, XML)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with data quality and governance concepts</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong problem-solving and debugging skills</li> </ul>   Desired Skills <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or MDM</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Exposure to API-led integration patterns</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of Python or scripting for data processing</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with orchestration tools or iPaaS platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Git)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in industry domains such as Healthcare, Higher Education, Financial Services, or Non-Profit</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Informatica Professional Certification (IICS / IDMC)</li> </ul>   <hr>   Additional Information Attain Partners values your mental, emotional, and physical health and wellbeing.
