This role will be a technical expert in Workday reporting capabilities, including calculated fields and Workday Prism Analytics, and will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional partners to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions. This individual will be central to advancing self-service reporting, improving data quality, and enabling HR and business leaders with actionable insights.</span></p> <p><em><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This role is onsite and can be based at any of the following Shift4 locations: Tampa, FL / Center Valley, PA / Atlanta, GA</span></strong></em></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Design, build, test, and maintain Workday reports using standard and advanced reporting tools (Matrix, Composite, Trending, etc.) and calculated fields to meet operational and strategic needs.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop and optimize <strong>Workday dashboards</strong>, Discovery Boards, and visual analytics that support managers, HR partners, and leadership.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead requirements gathering with HR stakeholders, translating business needs into efficient, scalable reporting solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build and maintain <strong>Workday Prism data models</strong> that integrate multiple sources and enhance reporting capability.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues with existing reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and performance.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to surface analytics needs, prioritize deliverables, and support data governance.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support testing, validation, and enhancement activities for Workday releases and new module rollouts.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Document reporting logic, data models, user guides, and best practices; create job aids and training materials to increase self-service adoption.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist in defining reporting standards and governance frameworks to ensure consistency across the enterprise.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate on HR process improvement, identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve data flows.</span><br><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Information Systems, HRIS, Data Analytics, Business, or related field</strong> (or equivalent experience).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>5+ years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics</strong>, including hands-on design of complex reports and dashboards.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in Workday reporting tools, including <strong>advanced reporting and calculated fields</strong>.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication skills in English, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
