Fast, accurate and actionable measurement and attribution solutions enable advertisers to assess creative effectiveness, enhance media plans and attribute advertising results for cross-platform campaigns, all while benchmarking against competitors and historical norms. With always-on performance insights unified across linear and streaming TV, advertisers can take quick and confident action to consistently drive business results.</span><span class="s11"><br></span><span class="s11"><br></span><span class="s11">You’re a people-person with 6 - 10 years of experience delivering or supporting enablement for sales and customer success teams. You are comfortable collaborating with various internal cross-functional teams.</span></p> <p class="s19" style="text-align: left;"><span class="s6">Responsibilities:</span><span class="s6"><br></span></p> <div class="s22" style="text-align: left;">●<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><span class="s11">Support the ongoing development of the buy-side (Brand, Client) and sell-side (Partnerships) Customer Success teams</span></div> <div class="s23" style="text-align: left;">●<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><span class="s11">Ensure CS teams have the specific content and tools required to support conversations during Renewal, Value Confirmation Processes and Expansion Opportunities.</span></div> <div class="s23" style="text-align: left;">●<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><span class="s11">Work with CS Leadership to ensure CS teams have the appropriate industry, product, sales knowledge and skills to succeed in a variety of client-facing conversations.</span></div> <div class="s24" style="text-align: left;">●<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><span class="s11">Partner with Product Marketing to develop specific learning paths tailored to unique technical and commercial needs of the CS team for major product releases.</span></div> <div class="s24" style="text-align: left;">●<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><span class="s11">Design an enablement programming calendar aligned to the needs of the CS teams, with reinforcement mechanisms designed to be executed by CS Leaders.</span></div> <div class="s24" style="text-align: left;">●<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><span class="s11">Collaborate with the Client Training team to support the onboarding of new CS hires, as necessary</span></div> <div class="s24" style="text-align: left;">●<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><span class="s11">Track KPIs and ROI of enablement initiatives tracking metrics for CS roles and identify when enablement intervention can support performance goals</span></div> <div class="s25" style="text-align: left;">●<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><span class="s11">Competitive Enablement: Collaborate with Product Marketing to monitor the competitive landscape and equip reps with the specific tactics Suite (heavy emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint).</span></div> <p class="s19" style="text-align: left;"><span class="s6">Qualifications and Education Requirements:</span><span class="s6"><br></span></p> <div class="s25" style="text-align: left;">●<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><span class="s11">Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or revenue-facing roles.</span></div> <div class="s25" style="text-align: left;">●<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><span class="s11">Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Media, Martech, or<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></span><span class="s11">Adtech</span><span class="s11"><span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>industries is strongly <p><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">Target cash compensation range: $104,700-$130,880 USD Annually</span></em></p> <p><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation.</span></em><em><span style="font-weight: 400;"> The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA or New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week.
