You will help ensure models are accurate, buildable, and aligned with project requirements—bridging the gap between design intent and field reality.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys <strong>building models, solving technical challenges, and contributing to real-world construction outcomes</strong> without owning full coordination responsibilities.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain <strong>accurate 3D BIM models</strong> using Revit and other modeling tools</li> <li>Produce <strong>detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication-ready documentation</strong></li> <li>Incorporate <strong>markups, redlines, and design revisions</strong> into models and drawings</li> <li>Assist in preparing models for <strong>coordination and clash detection processes</strong></li> <li>Ensure all models and drawings align with <strong>project specifications, design intent, and company standards</strong></li> <li>Support <strong>model setup, organization, and file management</strong>, including views, sheets, and version control</li> <li>Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and BIM leadership to <strong>resolve design details and drafting issues</strong></li> <li>Extract quantities, dimensions, and layout information to support <strong>construction planning and field teams</strong></li> <li>Maintain consistency with <strong>BIM standards, naming conventions, and modeling best practices</strong></li> <li>Prepare and update <strong>as-built drawings and record models</strong> based on field feedback</li> <li>Participate in project meetings to stay aligned on scope, updates, and deliverables</li> <li>Contribute to improving <strong>modeling workflows, tools, and efficiency across projects</strong></li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>What it takes?</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>7+ years</strong> of experience in a BIM, VDC, or detailing role within construction or engineering environments</li> <li>Strong proficiency with: <ul> <li><strong>Revit</strong></li> <li><strong>Navisworks</strong> (exposure to coordination workflows)</li> <li><strong>Bluebeam</strong></li> <li><strong>Inventor</strong> (preferred)</li> </ul> </li> <li>Experience producing <strong>3D models and 2D construction drawings</strong></li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>model-based workflows and drafting standards</strong></li> <li>Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Office Suite</strong></li> <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a <strong>team-based, project-driven environment</strong></li> <li>Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience working in <strong>multi-discipline BIM environments</strong> (civil, structural, mechanical, etc.)</li> <li>Exposure to <strong>construction processes and field installation practices</strong></li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>model organization, file management, and version control</strong></li> <li>Experience supporting infrastructure or heavy civil projects</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Work Environment &amp;
