If you are eager to make a meaningful impact and help shape the future of aviation maintenance, AIM offers a rewarding environment where your contributions will truly matter.</div><div id="isPasted"> Step into a role where leadership meets purpose and your organizational talent drives campus success.     At the Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM), we’re not just shaping the future of aviation, we’re empowering the leaders behind the scenes who make it all possible.  If you're a proactive, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, this is your launchpad.  Why This Role Matters  As the Campus Assistant Director, you're the strategic right hand to the Campus Executive Director, a problem-solver, communicator, and compliance champion who keeps the engine of campus operations running at full throttle.  From managing compliance and supervising departments to building staff cohesion and supporting students, you’ll be at the heart of what makes our campus a thriving, successful environment.  Your Impact  <ul> <li>Operational Excellence: Keep our daily administrative functions seamless and efficient across departments. </li> <li>Compliance Leadership: Ensure accreditation and regulatory standards are met, with regular audits and proactive improvements. </li> <li>Cross-Departmental Synergy: Coordinate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Career Services, and beyond to foster alignment and shared success. </li> <li>Strategic Partnership: Work side-by-side with the Campus Executive Director on initiatives to elevate performance and community impact. </li> <li>Cultural Influence: Support a collaborative, student-centered culture that prioritizes integrity, accountability, and growth. </li> </ul>  What You’ll Do  <ul> <li>Supervise department leaders (Financial Aid, Bursar, Career Services) and provide key support across all operational areas. </li> <li>Monitor team productivity and provide backup for vacancies across Financial Aid, Student Services, and Registrar functions. </li> <li>Track attendance, support payroll processing, and ensure timely data/report submissions. </li> <li>Assist in accreditation reporting, policy updates, employee grievance reviews, and staff/student issue resolution. </li> <li>Partner with Corporate HR, Marketing, and Compliance teams on staffing, communication, and outreach projects. </li> <li>Help shape a safe, positive, and inclusive environment—on-campus and online. </li> <li>Exhibits a positive, team-oriented attitude by remaining flexible and available to work outside of scheduled hours when needed, as directed by the Supervisor.</li> </ul>  What You Bring  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree (required) </li> <li>2+ years of office management or admissions experience, including at least 1 year in a proprietary school setting </li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and student populations </li> <li>Organizational wizardry, multitasking mastery, and a strong sense of initiative </li> <li>Business-savvy mindset with a passion for education and student success </li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office </li> <li>A confident communicator and calm, creative problem-solver </li> </ul> Preferred Extras:  <ul> <li>Knowledge of Campus Vue </li> <li>Familiarity with SharePoint or social media platforms  </li> </ul> Compensation & Benefits  Salary Range: up to $100,000/year, depending on experience and qualifications  Relocation Assistance: Support available for your next big move  Benefits That Work for You:  <ul> <li>401(k) with employer matching </li> <li>Comprehensive Health, Dental & Vision Insurance </li> <li>Life Insurance and Paid Parental Leave </li> <li>Paid Time Off and Retirement Plan </li> <li>Tuition Reimbursement  </li> <li>Employee Assistance Program </li> </ul> Your Next Chapter Starts Here  If you’re ready to be the heartbeat of campus operations and a go-to leader for your team, we want to hear from you.  At AIM, you don’t just support education, you help shape futures.
