About the Role

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">GENERAL SUMMARY:</span></p> <p><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW250031954 BCX0">The Maintenance Planner&nbsp;</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW250031954 BCX0">is responsible for</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW250031954 BCX0">&nbsp;the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of maintenance and reliability activities at the&nbsp;</span><span class="NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW250031954 BCX0">Scrubgrass</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW250031954 BCX0">&nbsp;Generating Station. Working closely with Operations and Maintenance leadership, this role ensures that maintenance and outage activities are effectively planned, resourced, and executed to achieve safe, reliable, and cost-effective plant performance in compliance with all applicable permits, laws, and regulations.</span></p> <p><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW250031954 BCX0"><u>PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:</u></span></p> <p><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW250031954 BCX0"><u></u></span></p> <ul> <li><strong>Maintenance Planning and Scheduling&nbsp;</strong> <ul> <li>Develop, plan, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.&nbsp;</li> <li>Schedule work for maintenance crews to optimize equipment availability and reliability.&nbsp;</li> <li>Plan and coordinate major planned outages, ensuring all activities are properly scoped, scheduled, and resourced.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support the investigation and resolution of forced outages and unplanned maintenance events.&nbsp;</li> <li>Establish contingency and priority work plans for emergency or forced outage situations.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Work Management and Process Improvement</strong>&nbsp; <ul> <li>Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to ensure work is clearly defined, prioritized, and efficiently executed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Review and recommend improvements to maintenance and operational procedures.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and performance.&nbsp;</li> <li>Implement and sustain maintenance best practices in alignment with company policies and objectives.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Coordination and Communication</strong>&nbsp; <ul> <li>Coordinate daily maintenance activities to support safe and efficient plant operation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Communicate work plans, resource needs, and scheduling updates to all affected departments.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in aligning personnel, materials, and equipment resources to meet plant operational requirements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support training and development of maintenance and operations staff as needed.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Budgeting and Reporting</strong>&nbsp; <ul> <li>Assist in the preparation and monitoring of maintenance and outage budgets.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support the development of capital improvement and long-term maintenance plans.&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare and present maintenance performance metrics and reports as requested.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Procurement and Contractor Support&nbsp;</strong> <ul> <li>Work with procurement personnel to ensure materials, parts, and contractor services are available to support maintenance work.&nbsp;</li> <li>Oversee contractor performance during maintenance and outage projects to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">REQUIREMENTS:</span></p> <ul> <li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.&nbsp;</li> <li>Minimum of five (5) years of experience in power plant or industrial maintenance, including planning and scheduling responsibilities.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong understanding of power plant operations, maintenance, and outage management.&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficiency with CMMS, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to analyze maintenance issues and implement effective corrective actions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing conditions, and work with minimal supervision.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW250031954 BCX0"><u></u></span></p>
