You will be mentored directly by ClearView managers, who have a wealth of experience in life sciences consulting. In addition, you will be exposed to a wide variety of business issues including new product planning, pricing &amp; market access, investor services, launch and product commercialization.</p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>You will interact with both clients and teams within ClearView to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. During the course of a typical project, you will engage in a number of activities, including:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach</li> <li>Able to conduct a straightforward project or workstream with moderate oversight</li> <li>Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making</li> <li>Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>The successful Life Sciences Senior Analyst candidate must have the following skills and experience:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Undergraduate or Master’s degree in the life sciences or equivalent field</li> <li>At least 18 months of experience in life sciences consulting</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in consulting and the life sciences industry through a combination of internships, research, and project management</li> <li>Strong written and oral communication skills in English</li> <li>Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a dynamic, team-based environment</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership abilities</li> <li>Highly analytical approach to solving complex problems</li> <li>Ability to work in a hybrid work model out of our London office; new hires will be in office 100% during onboarding and training will then go to 80% in office through month nine (9) and then the schedule adjusts to a 50% in office expectation after that</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>What We Value</strong></p> <p>We recognize that not every candidate will meet every qualification listed.
