<h2>Director, Project Management</h2> The Director of Project Management provides leadership and oversight for the project management function within the digital marketing organization. This role is focused on operational excellence: developing scalable processes, overseeing complex cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery. The Director acts as both a leader of people and a builder of systems, establishing best practices and driving continuous improvement in project execution. <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the project management team, including Sr. PMs, PMs, and Coordinators.</li> <li>Oversee execution of complex, high-visibility projects and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.</li> <li>Develop, implement, and refine project management methodologies, tools, and workflows.</li> <li>Ensure consistent standards of quality, efficiency, and risk management across all projects.</li> <li>Partner with leadership to forecast resource needs and allocate appropriately.</li> <li>Support cross-departmental collaboration to drive operational efficiency.</li> <li>Mentor and develop project management staff, creating clear career pathways and professional growth opportunities.</li> <li>Contribute to long-term strategic planning, particularly around project delivery and process optimization. </li> </ul> <h2>Success Factors</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).</li> <li>8+ years of progressive experience in project management, including leadership of teams.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects at scale.</li> <li>Deep expertise in project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.</li> <li>Strong leadership, coaching, and change management skills.</li> <li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Advanced project management certification (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) highly preferred.</li> </ul>   The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000, with the final offer based on a combination of factors, including education, relevant experience, skills, prior training, internal equity, and local geographic market data.
