All our session leads are handpicked through a rigorous selection process so that we can truly be #studentfirst.&nbsp;</span><br><br>As a Session Lead/Instructor, you will be meeting virtually on a weekly basis with your students for group work, activities and short lectures. During the week, students are expected to study an estimated 10 hours on their Nanodegree programs on their own, and you will be expected to respond to their technical questions and check-in with them to make sure they are making progress.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required skills/qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluency in English is a must</li> <li><strong>Technical competence:</strong> <ul> <li><strong style="font-weight: 400;">Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including core principles, critical security controls, best practices, and the ability to evaluate risks, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.</strong></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong style="font-weight: 400;">Strong understanding of GRC frameworks and the ability to identify concerns, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.</strong></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent knowledge of security engineering concepts, including risk evaluation, cryptography, security reviews, audits, and planning/designing security architectures to mitigate risks effectively.</strong></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong style="font-weight: 400;">Familiarity with designing secure network architectures, implementing Zero Trust Models, and building secure environments in platforms like Azure, as well as setting up SIEM systems for continuous monitoring and alerting.</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br></span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>2+ years</strong> of working experience related to the above skillsets</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Graduate</strong> from any of the <strong>Cybersecurity&nbsp;courses/Nanodegree programs</strong>&nbsp;is an added plus</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience teaching technical concepts and public speaking</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to lead a group of students</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Students-oriented mindset and focus on understanding their problems</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Innovative approach and proactivity with students that need help</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Positive character, trusted by the students, creating emotional ties in the group</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Existing tech network and experience in technical conversations &amp;
