Coordinator - Gift Shop at Luminis Health

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal"><strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;">Position Objective:</span></strong></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;">Working under direction of Supervisor, responsible for daily operations and oversight of the retail shop, to include team member schedules, working the sales floor, preparing coffee drinks and ringing up purchases. Serves as lead to direct daily activities of staff, provide guidance as well as training/orientation.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal"><strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Responsible for working the sales floor, preparing drinks with a detailed knowledge of the products being served, restocking as necessary and general upkeep/cleanliness of prep area and sales floor. </span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Takes the lead in training team members, ensuring that all policies and procedures are learned and consistently demonstrated.</span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black;
