This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee and coordinate all MEP systems installation, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.</li> <li>Provide leadership and oversight to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors throughout all phases of construction.</li> <li>Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring QA/QC programs, and supporting the Energy Control and Safety Program.</li> <li>Manage punch lists, troubleshoot field engineering issues, and ensure timely resolution of challenges using available resources.</li> <li>Support start-up and commissioning activities, ensuring systems are fully operational and meet performance requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with project teams from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out to ensure seamless delivery.</li> <li>Maintain strong relationships with clients, design partners, and trade partners to foster collaboration and project success.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage workforce requirements, monitor project progress, and resolve technical challenges.</li> <li>Experience managing construction of complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers, airports, or other special-use facilities.</li> <li>Strong communication and leadership skills for managing client and trade partner relationships.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.</li> <li>Familiarity with scheduling tools, QA/QC processes, and commissioning protocols.</li> <li>Knowledge of safety programs and energy control procedures.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-ND1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
