Do you want to be a pivotal part of the growth of our tax technology footprint?  As GoDaddy continues to scale at pace, so does the requirement to deliver efficient, scalable and compliant solutions to manage our end to end tax process lifecycle.    At GoDaddy, our tax team should apply strong tax technical knowledge with an aptitude for using, delivering and growing our technology systems, tools and solutions.  You must have experience working with tax logic in both ERP systems and tax determination software such as a global tax engine.  You must be able to fluently communicate with GoDaddy IT, Finance and Accounting, Engineering, Product teams and third party vendors.    What you'll get to do... <ul> <li>Tax Technology & Systems Support (evaluating appropriateness of tools and systems, supporting systems design, maintenance, configuration updates, testing, troubleshooting) </li> <li>Tax Automation, AI and Process Improvement initiatives (identifying opportunities, preparing requirements, implementing solutions) </li> <li>Data Management & reporting: (monitor and continuously improve data quality, develop and maintain dashboards and metrics supporting data visibility), prepare and maintain tax documentation </li> <li>Controls, Governance and Documentation: (maintain tax documentation, support testing and technology deployment relating to regulatory requirements, participate in issue management and remediation) </li> <li>Digital Tax Reporting and Compliance Technology: (support tax requirements and deployment of tax technology solutions supporting global tax digital reporting, e-invoicing and real time reporting mandates)  </li> </ul> Your experience should include... <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in tax technology, finance technology, ERP administration, business systems analysis, or related roles </li> <li>Experience working with one or more ERP platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar </li> <li>Exposure to tax engines such as Vertex, Avalara, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, or comparable solutions </li> <li>Understanding of the growing need for compliance with Global E-invoicing and Digital Reporting requirements </li> </ul> You might also have... <ul> <li>Experience supporting system testing, configuration changes, implementations, or process automation initiatives </li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li> <li>An interest in the growing use of AI in tax compliance processes and workflows </li> </ul> We encourage you to apply even if your experience or skillset doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement.
