About the Role

Account Directors on Highwire’s B2B Technology team lead high-impact, integrated communications programs for fast-growth and enterprise technology brands. They bring deep expertise across sectors such as enterprise software, AI, cloud, and data infrastructure, translating complex technology concepts into compelling narratives that drive business results. In this role, Account Directors oversee 4–5 account teams, providing strategic leadership, senior client counsel, and mentorship. They ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery while guiding clients on positioning, storytelling, and visibility initiatives. Account Directors also play a critical role in agency growth, thought leadership, and developing a collaborative, high-performing team culture. font-size: 10pt;">7+ years of PR or communications experience in an agency setting.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Deep experience managing B2B technology clients, including enterprise, SaaS, cloud, AI, or data-focused brands.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven success developing and executing integrated communications programs that deliver measurable business results.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of the B2B technology media and analyst landscape.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Creative, collaborative, and confident communicator, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul>   The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000, with the final offer based on a combination of factors, including education, relevant experience, skills, prior training, internal equity, and local geographic market data.
