3+ years of hands-on mechanical, HVAC, pipefitting, or commissioning experience in data centers, power plants, or large industrial facilities.

Strong working knowledge of chilled-water plants, pumping systems, heat transfer equipment, and related mechanical distribution.

Experience with commissioning and field test equipment (pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature instruments, leak-detection tools, etc.).

Ability to read and interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams, mechanical drawings, and equipment submittals.

Strong safety mindset with current OSHA 10/30 or equivalent training.

Willingness to work extended hours, nights, and weekends during critical commissioning windows.
