As a global leader in technology and management consulting, we thrive on helping clients tackle the toughest challenges across banking, payments, capital markets, wealth, and asset management.</div> <p><strong>Help deliver high-quality card and payment solutions through detailed testing and business process validation.</strong></p> <p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p> <p data-start="262" data-end="617">We are seeking an experienced <strong data-start="1669" data-end="1698">Manual Testing Consultant</strong>&nbsp;with strong experience in cards and business process testing to support complex banking and payments transformation initiatives. <strong data-start="1999" data-end="2028">The engagement focuses on</strong> validating end-to-end card lifecycle processes and ensuring the quality and accuracy of card platform functionality across multiple business scenarios.</p> <p data-start="619" data-end="824">You will work closely with business analysts, SMEs, developers, and programme stakeholders to execute functional and process testing activities, identify defects, and support successful programme delivery.</p> <p><strong>Fluency in Polish is mandatory.</strong></p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-section-id="1qtb9s9" data-start="849" data-end="999">Prepare and execute manual test scenarios covering card lifecycle processes including issuance, authorization, postings, repayments, and settlements</li> <li data-section-id="c9y264" data-start="1000" data-end="1121">Validate business processes related to fees, interest calculations, installment plans, and MC/ERP settlement activities</li> <li data-section-id="cz8v54" data-start="1122" data-end="1237">Document test execution results, maintain testing evidence, and ensure traceability across programme deliverables</li> <li data-section-id="z71klf" data-start="1238" data-end="1356">Log, track, and retest defects while working closely with development and business teams to support issue resolution</li> <li data-section-id="1awlape" data-start="1357" data-end="1462">Support SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing activities across banking and payments workstreams</li> </ul> <p><strong>SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCES TO GET THE JOB DONE:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-section-id="2dwcjh" data-start="1495" data-end="1581">Experience performing manual testing within banking, cards, or payments environments</li> <li data-section-id="1xr933n" data-start="1582" data-end="1658">Strong understanding of card business processes and transaction lifecycles</li> <li data-section-id="1npy2x2" data-start="1659" data-end="1747">Experience creating and executing detailed test cases and documenting testing evidence</li> <li data-section-id="xt0vdr" data-start="1748" data-end="1853">Familiarity with defect management and test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar platforms</li> <li data-section-id="wxxubg" data-start="1854" data-end="1958">Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively across teams</li> <li data-section-id="wxxubg" data-start="1854" data-end="1958">Knowledge of Mastercard or Visa card processing flows</li> <li data-section-id="wxxubg" data-start="1854" data-end="1958">Experience testing authorization, clearing, settlement, or reconciliation processes</li> <li data-section-id="wxxubg" data-start="1854" data-end="1958">Exposure to agile delivery methodologies</li> <li data-section-id="wxxubg" data-start="1854" data-end="1958">Understanding of payment messaging standards or ERP integrations</li> <li data-section-id="wxxubg" data-start="1854" data-end="1958">ISTQB certification or equivalent testing qualification</li> </ul> <p><strong>IMPORTANT</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory</strong></li> <li>Good command of <strong>English</strong> for documentation and collaboration</li> </ul> <p><strong>ONLINE RECRUITMENT PROCESS STEPS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Screening call with the Recruiter</li> <li>Hiring Manager Technical Interview</li> <li>Client Interview&nbsp;</li> <li>Feedback/Offer</li> </ul> <p><span data-teams="true"><strong>We offer a flexible collaboration model based on a B2B contract, with the opportunity to work on diverse projects.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(26, 26, 26);">#LI-HYBRID</span></p>
