project management standards.</li> <li data-section-id="10fo42r" data-start="1457" data-end="1594">Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities, timelines, and resource constraints.</li> <li data-section-id="1gsmrzd" data-start="1595" data-end="1728">Identify, assess, and escalate project risks, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution.</li> <li data-section-id="7ocqq0" data-start="1729" data-end="1865">Oversee project scope, budget, quality, and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes.</li> <li data-section-id="cx6nfy" data-start="1866" data-end="2044">Collaborate with Sales, Installation Services, Product, Support, and other internal teams to align on project goals and execution plans.</li> <li data-section-id="1hvcewu" <p><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li data-section-id="g9krtd" data-start="2833" data-end="3027">Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Hospitality Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.</li> <li data-section-id="f4qjfb" data-start="3028" data-end="3194">5–7 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in technical or software implementation environments.</li> <li data-section-id="j3sye" data-start="3195" data-end="3344">Experience managing customer-facing implementation projects in a billable or services-driven environment.</li> <li data-section-id="hxhwlm" data-start="3345" data-end="3493">Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Salesforce, Certinia, and Microsoft Office.</li> <li data-section-id="1bic2ko" data-start="3494" data-end="3627">Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%, including domestic and international travel.</li> <li data-section-id="n56sfx" data-start="3628" data-end="3784">Hospitality industry experience or familiarity with hospitality systems (POS, PMS, inventory systems) preferred.</li> <li
