We deliver dedicated sales, service, and technology to help brokers navigate the complexities of the health insurance landscape and match clients with the right solutions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>The <strong>Large Group Manager</strong> leads the Large Group team with clarity, consistency, and accountability, ensuring that workflows, people, and performance align with company goals while delivering a top-tier customer experience. This role combines subject matter expertise in Large Group and Mid-Market employee benefits with strong people leadership – coaching team members, managing performance, driving engagement, and building the operational processes and procedures that keep the team running efficient.&nbsp;</p> <p>This position is remote or hybrid.&nbsp; East coast location preferred.&nbsp;</p> <p>Job Duties:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the subject matter expert on Large Group and Mid-Market group benefits, providing guidance to the team, Sales, and cross-functional partners on plan design, underwriting, compliance, and market practices.</li> <li>Responsible for managing a team of 10.
