As we scale, we require disciplined orchestration, executive alignment, and operational rigor at the highest level.  The Chief of Staff to the CIO serves as a true extension of the executive — operating as a force multiplier for the CIO. This leader ensures alignment, prioritization, and execution across the IT leadership team and enterprise stakeholders.  This role blends strategic thinking, operational execution, executive communication, and organizational effectiveness. Acting as the connective tissue across global IT, the Chief of Staff ensures that strategic priorities translate into action, that decisions are data-driven, and that the IT function operates with clarity and velocity.  This individual must embody SharkNinja’s Outrageously Extraordinary mindset — demonstrating Deep-Seated Confidence, Relentless Drive for Edge, and a belief that Progress over Perfection fuels breakthrough impact.    Responsibilities  <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Serve as strategic advisor and operational extension of the CIO — amplifying executive effectiveness and focus. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Translate IT strategy into actionable priorities, roadmaps, operating rhythms, and measurable KPIs. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Drive executive cadence: leadership meetings, QBRs, board materials, transformation reviews, and global communications. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Ensure cross-functional alignment across IT sub-functions (Applications, Infrastructure, Data, Cybersecurity, PMO, Enterprise Architecture). </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Identify organizational friction, misalignment, and bottlenecks — proactively designing solutions to accelerate performance. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Partner with Finance and FP&A to align investment strategies with portfolio priorities and long-term objectives. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Lead special strategic initiatives and breakthrough projects on behalf of the CIO. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Oversee organizational health metrics including talent planning, succession planning, workforce planning, and capability development. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Elevate executive storytelling — ensuring IT’s value creation is clearly articulated across the enterprise. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Act as integrator and dot connector across global technology teams — reinforcing that Details Make the Difference. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Drive a culture of accountability, speed, and disciplined execution — ensuring that the organization is Rarely Satisfied. </li> </ul>   Skills Required  <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">12–15+ years of experience in technology strategy, transformation leadership, consulting, or executive operations roles. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Proven experience operating at the executive level within global, matrixed organizations. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes (ERP, cloud, data platforms, digital commerce, cybersecurity). </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills (Board-level exposure preferred). </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable impact. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">High emotional intelligence and ability to influence across diverse stakeholders. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Strong analytical and financial acumen. </li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">  Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
