If that mission has you hungry in more ways than one, you’ve found the right job posting.</div>The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Fulfillment operation and ensuring the accurate and timely picking, packing, and preparation of orders during their assigned shift. Working in a cold production environment, this role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively lead and communicate with a team. The Fulfillment Supervisor will utilize technology such as Tableau, Google Sheets and communication tools (Slack, Geneva, Gmail) to monitor operations and ensure smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities: <h3>1. Operational Oversight / Team Management</h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Supervise pick-and-pack operations in a FREEZER, ensuring all orders are accurately fulfilled and meet quality standards.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Monitor order progress to ensure timely completion during the assigned shift.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members to optimize performance.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Address team member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Work effectively in a cold storage environment, while training team members on cold storage best practices and safety guidelines.</li> </ul> <h3>2. Reporting and Communication</h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Use a combination of Tableau and Google Sheets to track and document order progress and team performance metrics.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Communicate effectively using tools like Slack, Geneva, and Gmail to coordinate with other teams and management.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Prepare end-of-shift reports detailing key metrics, issues, and resolutions.</li> </ul> <h3>3.
