THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Senior Manager, Strategic Partner Accounts to join our Partnerships team in Amsterdam! This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Amsterdam office. Wellhub is officially expanding into the Benelux region, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As one of the first Partner Sales Managers in the region, you will play a key role in building our “Wishlist” strategy—identifying and signing some of the most important fitness and wellness partners across the region. This is a rare opportunity to take on real ownership from day one, introduce a global brand to new markets, and directly shape our long-term success in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. <h1>YOUR IMPACT</h1> Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for the strategic acquisition and management of top-tier gym chains and boutique studios across the region. You will: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify and sign key “Wishlist” partners across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, helping build the foundation of our regional network.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead high-level commercial discussions and multi-stakeholder negotiations, navigating complex deals involving coordination with Legal, Finance, and Value Management teams.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage and forecast a strategic sales pipeline, ensuring we meet network density targets for a successful market launch.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive the positioning of Wellhub by applying our global strategy to the Benelux market, ensuring agreements are sustainable and mutually beneficial.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with strategic partners on integration topics (API, access control, booking) to ensure a strong user experience.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own key partner relationships end-to-end, from initial conversations through to signed agreements and long-term collaboration. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with internal teams such as CX and Finance to ensure a smooth onboarding process for high-profile partners.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to establishing Wellhub as a trusted partner for leading fitness brands in the Benelux region, securing the anchor partners that support our corporate growth.</li> </ul> <h1>WHO YOU ARE</h1> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You have 5+ years of experience in high-level B2B sales or business development, with a proven track record in complex, high-value negotiations. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You communicate confidently in Dutch (native level or fluent), fluently in English (French is a strong plus).</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You’re proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in an undefined market environment where you can create your own playbook and workflows.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You enjoy simplifying complex topics and communicating effectively with C-level stakeholders across different markets. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You have strong analytical skills and take a thoughtful, solution-oriented approach to resolving challenges and moving deals forward.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You are motivated by targets and bring energy to securing strategic partners aligned with our long-term objectives. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You are comfortable using tools such as Salesforce and Excel to manage the pipeline and inform decisions. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You are passionate about wellness and genuinely excited to help the Benelux workforce lead happier, healthier lives.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment as we scale.</li> </ul> We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
