Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:<br><br><strong><em>Must-have Skills:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's required; Master's preferred in STEM</li> <li>3+ years in data science, analytics, or applied ML.</li> <li>Strong Python + SQL expertise.</li> <li>Experience with Spark and Databricks for scalable data processing.</li> <li>Clear understanding of linear regression and clustering techniques-</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud ML services like Azure ML.</li> <li>Experience applying MLflow or similar experiment-tracking tools.</li> <li>Strong understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, and validation methods.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Nice-to-have:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>AI Tooling Proficiency</strong>: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
