This position requires a deadline-driven, service-focused and detail-oriented individual who would be responsible for financial statement and rent roll analysis, property inspection review, watchlist monitoring, reserve disbursements, and other loan surveillance tasks for the Portfolio &amp; Asset Management Department. Additional responsibilities may be added to align with department strategies and objectives.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong><em>*This role supports a flexible schedule that prioritizes in‑office teamwork, with flexibility for remote work when appropriate.</em></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provide premier customer service to lenders, borrowers, other servicing staff, and regional offices.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Plan and manage own workload to efficiently meet benchmarks within the department.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Review and assess commercial property inspections to identify risk in accordance with lender requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Analyze annual and quarterly financial statements for multifamily and commercial properties in accordance with the requirements of Life Insurance Company, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Conduit Lenders and other investors.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Review and analyze financial covenants, trigger events, and DSCR tests.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Follow up with borrowers and management companies regarding variances and general income and expense questions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Review and make recommendations for releases from reserve accounts for capital replacements and tenant improvements and leasing commission expenses.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Monitor maturing loans and provide the required notices to borrowers.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Monitor and update monthly loan reports utilized by investors and management to analyze portfolio risk.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Conduct loan surveillance through borrower/lender interaction and property analysis.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Perform other reasonable tasks/projects as assigned within the department.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Associate's or<strong> </strong>bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the business, finance, or accounting area.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">2 to 4 years of experience in finance or accounting preferred.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proficient knowledge in the use of in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ability to identify and analyze collateral risk</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Good verbal and written communication skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; The salary range for the Surveillance Analyst II position is $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually.
